Organize Your Flights, Hotels and Bookings in One Timeline

Booking a trip leaves you with a pile of confirmation emails, PDFs and screenshots. RoamerPlanner puts every booking on one day-by-day timeline, with the details you actually need at the airport, the hotel desk or the taxi rank — and the tickets attached right where you'll look for them.

Organize my bookings — it's free

All your bookings, one timeline

Every booking becomes a colour-coded card on your trip timeline: flights, accommodation, car rentals, attractions, restaurants and shopping stops, alongside your own notes and checklists. Cards line up in order day by day, and you can drag and drop them to a new time or a different day when plans change.

Flight details that matter at the airport

Add a flight and keep the details you'd otherwise dig out of your inbox at check-in:

  • Airline (with logo) and flight number
  • Origin and destination airports, searchable by name or IATA code
  • Departure and arrival times — RoamerPlanner works out the flight duration automatically
  • Terminal, gate and seat
  • Booking reference (PNR)

Hotel details, including a local address for taxis

For each stay, save check-in and check-out times, room type and the booking or confirmation number. Add the hotel's address in the local language too, so you can simply show it to a taxi driver when you land.

Restaurants and attractions get their own fields — place search, opening-hours note, price note, rating, cuisine, dress code, phone and website — and pasting a Google Maps or Apple Maps link saves the place for you.

Attach PDF tickets and vouchers

Upload e-tickets, booking vouchers, boarding passes and screenshots to the activity they belong to, and preview PDFs right inside the app. Your train ticket sits on the train card and your tour voucher on the tour — no more scrolling through a camera roll at the gate.

What RoamerPlanner doesn't do (yet)

We'd rather be upfront. RoamerPlanner keeps your flight details in one place, but it doesn't send live flight-status or delay alerts — check your airline's app for real-time changes. It also doesn't import bookings automatically from your email: you add each booking yourself, which takes a minute and means the details are exactly the ones you care about.

Frequently asked questions

Can RoamerPlanner track my flight in real time?
No. It stores flight number, times, terminal, gate, seat and booking reference, but it doesn't provide live status or delay alerts.
Can I forward confirmation emails to RoamerPlanner?
Not today. Add bookings manually — airport search and automatic flight duration make it quick.
Which files can I attach?
PDFs and images such as e-tickets, vouchers and screenshots. PDFs can be previewed inside the app.
