Who runs it
RoamerPlanner is built and maintained by Byte Better, a small software company based in Thailand. The easiest way to reach us is by email, see the contact page.
Why it exists
Trip plans tend to end up scattered across a notes app, a spreadsheet, booking emails and a group chat. RoamerPlanner is meant to put them in one place, laid out day by day, so everyone on the trip opens the same plan instead of scrolling back through messages.
What the site does
- Build a day-by-day itinerary with flights, hotels, activities and ticket files.
- Invite friends or family with a link so you can view and edit the same plan.
- Try the planner without an account, and sign up for free only when you want to keep the plan.
- Copy a sample itinerary and change it into your own.
- Read trip planning guides, city and seasonal guides and checklists on the blog.
How the guides and itineraries are written
The blog posts and sample itineraries are drafted with AI tools working to a fixed set of rules. Dates, prices and opening hours have to be checked against official sources, the sources are listed at the end of a post, and the writer is not allowed to invent personal experience.
Posts are scheduled and published automatically. Byte Better reviews the output after it goes live, and fixes or removes posts that are wrong or not useful. Not every post is read line by line before it is published.
Travel details change all the time. Before you book or travel, check prices, opening hours and entry rules with the official source. If you find a mistake, tell us on the contact page.
How the site is paid for
RoamerPlanner is free to use. Blog pages may show Google AdSense ads, and some links to hotel, flight and activity sites are affiliate links, so we may earn a commission if you book through them. It does not change the price you pay. Details are in the privacy policy and the cookie policy.
