Pace your days: realistic family itineraries

A day-by-day timeline makes it easy to see when a day is overloaded. Plan one big activity in the morning, a relaxed afternoon and an early dinner, then drag cards to another day when you realise it's too much. Add notes for things like the nearest playground, a pool break or the restaurant with a kids' menu.

Packing checklists per person

Keep passports, tickets and vouchers attached

Attach PDF tickets, booking vouchers and screenshots to the activity they belong to and preview them in the app. Flight cards hold the flight number, terminal, gate, seats and booking reference; hotel cards hold check-in times, room type and a local-language address for the taxi. Do kids need their own account?

Only if they want to tick off their own checklist items. Anyone who joins a trip needs a free account; younger kids can simply follow along on a parent's phone.
